About This Tool

How to Use
  1. Your local timezone is added automatically when the page loads
  2. Click Add Timezone and select a timezone from the dropdown
  3. Each timezone row shows the current local time, updating every second
  4. The 24-hour bar highlights business hours (green), extended hours (yellow), and off-hours (gray)
  5. Look for columns where all bars are green to find optimal meeting times
  6. Click Remove on any row to delete a timezone from the view

Tips & Tricks
  • Green segments on all rows simultaneously indicate universally good meeting times
  • Yellow (extended hours) can work for early morning or late afternoon calls
  • Add the client's timezone before your own to put their availability first
